Our Requirements
A listing on SA Holidays will require the following information from your establishment:
- ZAR 100.00 Admin listing fee, banking details will be sent through on approval.
- You must be an established venue and registered with at least the local tourism office.
- You must supply your own graphics and text, which we accept as copyright by yourself.
- The owners of the establishments are to ensure that publicised rates are kept up-to-date.
- Up to six digital photo's of your establishment.
- At Least 500 characters of text describing your establishment.
- Your booking and cancellation policies.
- Your annual rates for at least the next twelve months.
- Any conditions (no pets, children under 12 etc..)

Terms and Conditions
Commission is payable on all successful bookings, with a minimum charge of R50.00. This commission is based on the Rack Rate and STO rate as set out by the establishment. SA Holidays requests that you forward a copy of these rates to us with each booking enquiry. Please Note that Establishments listed on SA Holidays may not mark up on their own rates to accommodate our commission as SA Holidays guarantees our clients that they will not pay more by booking through SA Holidays than going directly to the establishments. If this is your intention do NOT list with us.
- Rack Rate: A Rack rate is the normal rates as advertised in your marketing to the general public. (Brochures, flyers, web site, walk in rates, paid for advertising)
- STO Rate: Or standard tourism operator rate is the rack rate less a pre determined discount given to tourism operators or any other referral business in lieu of marketing costs. This is normally set between 10% – 30%, dependant on the agreement set out between the establishment and the marketing agency.
- All booking enquiries generated through the SA Holidays site will be directed to our call center.
- The owner/manager of the establishment will then be contacted by SA Holidays via telephone, email and or SMS, in order to confirm availability and rates.
- SA Holidays will request the client to deposit a minimum of 10% of the full accommodation rate to the SA Holidays account.

Cancellation Policy
Should the client cancel the booking at any stage prior to arrival; the client will forfeit a 10% booking fee due to SA Holidays. The balance of the deposit or monies paid will be subject to reimbursement as stated in your cancellation policy or at your discretion. If this is your intention do NOT list with us
