Sleeping Beauty Guest House is a charming Victorian style guest house offering comfortable accommodation in 6 double rooms, conferencing facilities for up to 15 delegates, exceptional service and hospitality.
Sleeping Beauty Guest House is situated in the picturesque town of Riversdale, 400km West of Port Elizabeth and 300km East of Cape Town, on the N2 Highway. This beautiful home, once a Victorian Parsonage, was built circa 1880 and has been lovingly restored.
ACCOMMODATION:
We offer unpretentious, comfortable accommodation in 6 double rooms, 4 en-suite and 2 with private bathrooms (one room has a double bed and two single beds, suitable for a family if required).

DINING:
The focus of our Guest House is concentrated on our guests and their comfort and welfare. We offer 5 star home-from-home hospitality. The delicious meals are personally prepared and include fresh, home-grown vegetables and fruit.
The house stands amid a hectare of land and boasts a colourful "English Country Garden". The garden has panoramic views of the Langeberg mountains and rolling farmlands.
ACTIVITIES and ATTRACTIONS:
A full range of sporting facilities is available locally. We are ideally situated for day excursions to other attractions. We are only 40km from Stillbay with it's lovely beaches, 160km from Oudtshoorn and the Cango Caves and 85km from Mossel Bay with it's world-famous Maritime Museum. There are easy hiking trails up our famous Sleeping Beauty Mountain, after which our Guest House is named. A visit to the Korrente Dam, 15km away is recommended. The scenery is spectacular and there are lovely picnic spots and walks through the forest. We can provide picnic baskets.
