All rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with TV's (Mnet, SABC and Super Sport), fans, tea and coffee facilities and safes. Both double (king-size) and single beds are available and triple rooms can be arranged upon request.
Relax in the lounge or on the open patio, an ideal spot for breakfasts and evening sundowners alike overlooking the large and inviting swimming pool. Fresnaye is well protected and largely wind free, a tranquil and inviting setting for unwinding on those relaxing sunny summer days! Two luxury rooms open out onto the pool area and have their own private access.
Your host, Gary, the owner of Sundown Manor, along with the staff, bring about a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and are on hand to advise and assist in all aspects.

ROOM 1:
Large windows make this room light and airy. It has a comfortable king-size double-bed, (or two single beds on request), an en suite bathroom with a shower and, as with all rooms in the guesthouse, it comes with a TV with select satellite channels, a small safe, heating, a fan and tea & coffee facilities.

ROOM 2:
This light and airy Honeymoon Suite is fitted with a decadent king-size double bed and the large en suite bathroom. Enjoy the luxurious double-ended bath and spacious shower and relax with your private TV (select satellite channels available). The room also features a small safe, heating, a fan and tea & coffee facilities.

ROOM 3:
The best feature of this luxury room is the decadently spacious double-ended bath. The room has a king-size double bed (or twin single beds on request) large airy windows and high ceilings. Features include a walk-in cupboard, a TV with select satellite channels, a graceful dark wood ceiling fan, heating, and tea & coffee facilities.

ROOM 4:
All luxury rooms at Sundown Manor are en suite with large spacious showers. Rooms are fitted with King-size beds or twin beds (on request) all rooms contain a TV with select satellite channels, tea & coffee facilities, a heater, fan and safe.

ROOM 5:
This luxury room doubles as a Honeymoon Suite due to its spacious size and its large en suite bathroom complete with a double ended bath and a spacious shower. The room opens directly onto the quiet swimming pool area and has its own private entrance. It is fitted with a King-size double-bed or twin beds (on request), a TV with select DSTV channels, a fan, heater, small safe and tea & coffee facilities.

The only thing that separates the Standard and Luxury rooms are the levels at which they are situated. All rooms have the same luxury finishes and decadent king-size beds as well as access to the same fantastic facilities. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with spacious showers.
