Villa Hout Bay Heights, a Four Star Luxury Guest House, is magnificently positioned high on the mountain slopes of Hout Bay, offering Panoramic Views of the Mountains, Sea and Valley. Situated in the picturesque sea-side town of Hout Bay, our Mediterranean style villa is a mere 20 minutes from Cape Town city center and is central to numerous tourist destinations, such as, the Constantia Wine Route, Table Mountain, the Waterfront, the World of Birds and the famous Chapman's Peak Drive .
All seven tastefully furnished bedrooms are en-suite with modern, fully equipped bathrooms. Facilities in rooms include: TV (with DSTV), wireless ADSL, fully stocked mini bar, coffee/tea facilities, mini safe, hairdryer, fan, international plugs, pure cotton sheets, hand & shower towels.

Our Villa is fully equipped for self catering with an open plan kitchen dining area and lounge area leading out onto various spacious patios all of which overlook the lush garden and offer breathtaking views. French doors lead out onto a beautiful patio and pool area with BBQ / braai facilities where guests may simply relax or entertain family, friends or business associates.
Sumptuous, full English and/or Continental breakfasts are served either in the dining room or on one of our beautiful garden or pool patios. We will happily organise airport shuttles, car rentals, tours and restaurant bookings.
The Family Suite consists of two exclusively finished bedrooms (Queen Bed/Twin Beds) and a luxury bathroom with bath and shower. One room leads out onto a Roof-top Terrace (approx. 18 sqm) where you can enjoy 360-degree views of the mountains and bay.

Our two luxuriously spacious semi self-catering Deluxe Suites are equipped with a Queen Bed, modern en-suite bathroom (shower), kitchenette and a sun/garden lounge area with a comfy leather sofa. One room has its own entrance to the pool/barbeque area, while the sliding glass doors of the second room open to the front garden offering spectacular views of the mountains and bay. The kitchenettes come equipped with a fully stocked mini-bar, 2 plate electric hotplate stove, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and sink. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided.
