This beautiful 5 Star Luxury Guest House is situated in Hout Bay, a tranquil fishing village in the Western Cape. Villa Afrique offers you panoramic views over the bay, beach, working harbour and surrounding mountains. Spacious well appointed rooms, all sea facing with tea tray, complimentary sherry, safe, towel gowns, hair dryer and crisp Egyptian cotton linen. The en-suite bathrooms have under floor heating and heated towel rails as well as a separate shower and Victorian bath. There are numerous activities available in the area from hiking up the famous Chapmans Peak, cycling, deep sea fishing and scuba diving. For the more relaxed and refined guests wine tasting is done close by on the Constantia wine farms.

BREAKFAST & DINING:
Wake up to the smell of a Continental & full English breakfast being prepared as you get ready for the days adventure. Cereal, fruit salad, juice, tea or coffee, is served as an appetizer. Then eggs (varied choices of desire), bacon, mushrooms, sausages and tomato wait if the taste buds are in full flow. Restaurants are in close proximity with the famous Mariners Wharf Side Grill and Lookout Restaurants being within walking distance.

Sit back and sip sundowners from the bar or bask in the sun by the salt water pool while enjoying the views of the mountains and bustling harbour. Beauty salon close by as well as an honesty bar.
A shuttle service is offered for a fee to take you to the restaurants, which offer a variety of food, from succulent seafood dishes to meat and Pasta. One of the most popular Thai restaurants in South Africa is situated here. Twenty minutes drive will take you to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Constantia Wine Estates and golf courses. Add another 10 minutes on to that for the city centre and Cape Town International Airport. Tours to the wine lands and Cape Point organised on request.
The bustling fishing village with the harbour and wharf being in close proximity to us, has a number of unique shops that should be explored as well as the fish restaurants and the fish and chip takeaways. There are also round the clock trips to seal island on the boats or if you fancy deep sea fishing, charters can be arranged.
The famous Chapmans Peak drive and mountains are directly in front of us and a short drive away. This is one of the most spectacular coastal roads in the world. In the valley, with its large oak trees, there are numerous stables that offer horseback/riding trips.
