Nenya has spectacular 360 degree mountain views with a backdrop of Table Mountain Nature Reserve, wrap around decks, a beautiful scented lavender walk in its Zen inspired garden and is conveniently situated just 3 km from the active fishing village of Hout Bay, the gateway to the Cape Peninsula and 20 minutes from Cape Town along a world class ocean drive.

A full European style breakfast buffet is served using local organic ingredients where possible including hams, salamis and cheeses accompanied by fynbos honey and home made preserves. Hot bakery items are also available, which vary daily and include lavender muffins made from our own lavender.

In winter guests enjoy winter breaks and stay cozy and warm away from Cape Town's South Easterlies. We offer candlelit breakfasts by our open log fire, home baked lavender muffins and hot chocolate at dusk on request for just R15, with a kick for a little more.

Our rooms and suites are spacious, well equipped and furnished with owner's family heirlooms & treasures collected from travels. All have hair dryers, clock radios and colour TV, hospitality tray with nibbles, own entrances and secure parking.

Guests have access to the guest lounge/dining area which also contains a microwave, refrigerator, crockery & cutlery. We also have a barbeque/braii, or we are happy to order in for our guests to enjoy in our candlelit gazebo with a glass of wine or two from the honesty bar, after a hard day sightseeing!

IBIS: Double bedded room with en suite shower & toilet with a range of toileteries, ceiling fan, garden views and wrap around deck. Own entrance, access to guest lounge. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer & clock radio, colour TV and Internet access. Full European style breakfast buffet included in the room rate.

EGYPTIAN GOOSE: Spacious twin bedded room with period en suite roll top bath with shower attachment & toilet, range of toileteries, ceiling fan, mountain and garden views and wrap around deck. Own entrance, access to guest lounge. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer & clock radio, colour TV and Internet access. Full European style breakfast buffet included in the room rate.

WOODPECKER: Spacious twin bedded suite with double sleeper couch in separate lounge area (sleeps 4 if required), direct pool access, garden and mountain views, en suite shower and toilet. Own entrance and access to guest lounge. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, clock radio, colour TV. Full European style breakfast buffet included.

TURTLE DOVE: Spacious double bedded suite with sleeper couch and additional single bed in ante room (sleeps 4 if required), direct pool access with garden and mountain views, en suite shower and toilet. Internet access. Own entrance and access to guest lounge. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer & clock radio, colour TV. Full European style breakfast buffet included.

SEAGULLS: Single bedded room with en suite shower and toilet, own stable door entrance, small private garden and mountain glimpses. Tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer & clock radio, colour TV. Full European style breakfast buffet included.
