Antrim Villa is completely new and the sister guesthouse of our other stunning guesthouse, Bickley House in Seapoint, which have been running for 5 years. Antrim villa opened in December 2009 and the interior is a mixture of African artwork and Scandinavian simplicity design. Details like the ceilings and the floors are saved from the original house built in 1890. The house has all technical facilities and is situated in Greenpoint which is a 10 minutes walk from the new stadium. The area around the house is quite and residential with a few fellow guesthouses within close proximity. Antrim Villa has 7 double rooms and 2 single rooms. All our beds are extra big, wide and comfortable and on request can be semi-detached. We use 100% cotton sheets for all our beds. Every room contains radiators, fans, gowns, adapter and a safe.

We offer free internet access and wireless network for laptops,library and safe off-street parking. We have a stunning new large saltwater pool surrounded by tropical features and plants. Guests love to just simply lay at the pool whole day and relax. Children of all ages are welcome and we do provide a baby cot or small bed. The large healthy scandinavian breakfast buffet is served from 08h00 to 10h00 on our terrace or in our lounge. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and sherry are complimentary and can be enjoyed by the guests at all times. Fresh fruitbowls is presented in the rooms upon arrival and our staff take pride in ensuring that our guests are comfortable and well looked after.The Beach Promenade is 5 minutes away, and the shops are within walking distance. Airport transfers, taxi, car rental, safari, tours and dinner reservations can be arranged for the guests by us. We know the best options and prices and we have a great knowledge of what is happening in Cape Town and what you as our guest might like to see and do.
Should a room be required during the day of departure, please ensure to book an extra night or halfday.If the guest should plan to travel outside Cape Town we can recommend the best options of places to stay. For their convenience we are happy to book accommodation for them in advance to ensure availability and a good rate. We also work closely with some very good guesthouses in the Western Cape Area and will gladly assist with a proposal for a suitable itinerary. Looking forward to welcoming you to Antrim Villa.
Built in the late 1800’s, this old English Victorian house was originally a family residence. High ceilings and well kept stuccos give this guesthouse charm and light. Situated in Three Anchor Bay, at the foot of Signal Hill, it is only a 10-minute walk from Cape Town’s new stadium and 10-minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.
We purchased the house in 2008 from South African owners that had been running it as a guesthouse for 10 years.
It has now been fully refurbished, inspired by a tropical-African style in a earthy colour palate, accentuated with natural fabrics such as sisal, linen and bamboo. The large, new saltwater pool lies enticingly in a secluded, tropical garden.
Most of the rooms at Antrim Villa still have the original pine flooring. This is a friendly, airy house with a cosy fireplace in the lounge. Secure off street parking is provided.
Get a good night's sleep in our relaxing beds, take a refreshing shower in our designer bathrooms or just relax by the fireplace in the lounge.
