The Apartment

Lower Level
The apartment is a perfect example of understated luxury. Follow the entrance hall to a fully equipped, beautiful kitchen with all the amenities you would expect to find in your own home- while surrounding bar stools enable a comfortable chatting space for preparing meals or eating a sumptuous breakfast.
Leading from the kitchen is the magnificent double volume entertainment area with views which can only be described as spectacular. Slide-open the massive glass doors and step into the full spectrum of vistas from Table Mountain, Signal Hill and expansive cityscape.
Living area
The dining area seats six comfortably while the L-shaped roomy lounge suite offers the perfect place from which to enjoy the 42 inch plasma screen, DSTV and entertainment system. The hand selected art adorning the walls have been carefully chosen to compliment this elegant New York style luxury apartment.
Guest Bedroom 1
The downstairs guest bedroom is tastefully decorated in warm colours and opens up to the balcony from which guests can enjoy their breakfast while watching the city come to life. The bedroom has a walk in shower and bath in cool neutral shades.
Upper level
From the vast living room, a spiral stairway takes one up to the well appointed study area. The airy loft-like master bedroom opens onto the double volume living area below and has access to a private balcony with fantastic views of Table Mountain and cityscape. The roomy walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom are designed in cool natural tones to perfectly compliment the elegant living area.
Across the master bedroom is the third en-suite bedroom, with two fun bunk beds and views of the pool, ideal for 2 kids or that fun at heart, who don’t mind a fun climb up to bed.
