Bedroom 1: The expansive main bedroom has a king size bed and marvelous sea views. It has 2 individual en-suite his and hers bathrooms sharing a large shower (with shower, bath, bidet, heated towel rails) hairdryer, safe, dressing room, underfloor heating and satellite TV. Tall sliding doors lead out to a private garden. Antiques from India enhance the room.

Bedroom 2: The 2nd bedroom comes fitted with king size bed, en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and heated towel rail) hairdryer, underfloor heating, satellite TV and Sound System. The 2nd bedroom also leads out to a private garden with beautiful sea views.

Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and heated towel rail), underfloor heating, hairdryer, desk, satellite TV and sound system, with own private courtyard.

Formal Lounge: Fully-retractable sliding doors offer 180-degree Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain views leading to patio and pool area. The lounge has a gas fireplace, lovely wooden floors and the sound system extends to this room with separate speakers. Luxurious velvet couches and wonderful art and artefacts from the owners overseas travels enhance the room.

TV Lounge & Dining Area: The main lounge area is equipped with large flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite channels and state of-the-art home theatre system, including an iPod docking station. This is complemented with a gas fireplace, air conditioning (heats and cools) and underfloor heating throughout. There are two plush three seater couches and an antique 10-seater dining table leading to pool and patio area and additional fern-fringed patio next to a fish pond.

Patio & Pool Area: The main & entertainment lounge enters out onto the spacious patio and pool area, the sound system extends to the patio. This is the perfect al-fresco entertainment spot, equipped with gas barbeque, comfortable couches and reclining chairs. The pool is solar heated and upon request additional heating can be obtained.

Kitchen: The large open-plan kitchen comes fitted with a catering size oven, gas and electric stove, convection microwave, double fridge and double freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine. A large working space ensures effortless entertaining. Underfloor heating throughout and air conditioning.

House Details: Access to the property is via an elevator that comes directly from the street or garage and stops on each of the top two floors. Double-garage and driveway ensure ample room for safe, off-street parking. Throughout the house there is wireless internet and an intercom system, with a pay-as-you-go telephone upstairs.

Other Features: We have excellent security with a comprehensive alarm system linked to an armed response unit plus CCTV at the entrance allows you to view the visitors before accessing the property. Housekeeping 5 days a week is included and additional housekeeping can be arranged. Babysitting can also be arranged. The house is small wheelchair friendly.
